Selling my Mum’s property which Donna Sturrock inherited from Gotelee Solictors with the takeover. She did not want to know, did not do any work on the file, had to write a letter of complaint before any work was done, at which point she did the bare minimum, had to wait Two Months for her to do any further work, this was only because the Estate Agents wrote a letter of complaint, utterly appalling behaviour, she then overcharged £300 on the original quote received from Gotelee Solicitors when the sale was finally completed, with absolutely no thanks to her. Do not understand any circumstances employ this woman to sell or buy your property. I just hope sometime in the future she is treated the same way she treated me.

They provide efficient and effective advice and service, and even remind us on the details and issues which we don’t know. Quick response and support throughout the whole buying process. Speedy documentation work. Final legal charges is same as initial quoted. Highly recommend this team.
