Having had an awful, uncommunicative experience with the previous firm of Gotelee and, even after the changeover to Mezzle after a very stressful time, Louise finally got allocated the conveyancing and retrieved the situation. She expeditiously and diplomatically dealt with the purchasers solicitors and kept us informed of progress, thus allowing the sales to go through, where they were about to fall through because of delay after delay and lack of communication. We are very grateful to Louise for retrieving a difficult situation and getting this sorted.

Selling my Mum’s property which Donna Sturrock inherited from Gotelee Solictors with the takeover. She did not want to know, did not do any work on the file, had to write a letter of complaint before any work was done, at which point she did the bare minimum, had to wait Two Months for her to do any further work, this was only because the Estate Agents wrote a letter of complaint, utterly appalling behaviour, she then overcharged £300 on the original quote received from Gotelee Solicitors when the sale was finally completed, with absolutely no thanks to her. Do not understand any circumstances employ this woman to sell or buy your property. I just hope sometime in the future she is treated the same way she treated me.

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding support and professionalism shown throughout the purchase of my first home. The process was handled with care, clarity, and efficiency from start to finish. I always had swift responses from all of the team. Atlanta, Rebecca and Anna were very helpful and friendly during the process. The onboarding took a lot of time and things needed to be explained to me but once that was completed we didn’t look back.
