    Contacting Ayshea & Emily was a game changer, we found them via recommendation and I can see why. We'd contacted several employment solicitors beforehand and had begun to despair. My daughter was going through an absolutely awful time with her employers over many months and it had taken a huge toll on her (& my) health. We were both at rock bottom, each employment solicitor was impersonal and couldn't be bothered to engage properly with us. When we contacted Couchman Hanson to connect with Emily, the response was prompt and an initial consultation was arranged very quickly via Ayshea - who was so professional and exuded warmth in her communications. The initial consultation with Emily was exactly what we needed, she was patient, understanding and reassuring, asking pertinent questions but also allowing time to explain the traumatic experiences. What was most helpful was her affirmation that these experiences were within her remit and very familiar to her. It finally felt like the weight of the world was lifting. The costs quoted were reasonable, affordable and we both felt that here is someone who actually wanted to help, wanted redress. I cannot recommend highly enough. It's not easy to even contemplate any form of legal representation, it's downright daunting, but Ayshea and Emily literally took the stress away with the way they dealt with us and the warm, personal communications. I cannot thank them enough, it makes such a difference to a stressful situation to deal with such warm, genuine professionals.

      Jim Turner - Excellent Litigation Specialist

      Am dealing with another issue through Couchman Hanson who recommended Jim Turner to assist with a litigation matter. Right from our first call he was professional, friendly and had the prefect balance to assure me he'd get matters resolved. And he did this in a very short time. We agreed service terms for a fixed fee for each section and all our interactions had a level of humour that truly helped me through this excruciating process. Litigation is never pleasant, though having Jim Turner representing my interests made it as pleasant as it could be given the circumstances. I would highly recommend Jim Turner to anyone needing an experienced legal professional. With his honest, straightforward approach he helped me navigate through to a final conclusion. I am hoping the future holds no further litigation though if it did Jim would be my first call.

      I cannot praise this company high enough. We've used Couchman Hanson for both conveyancing and litigation and both times they were fantastic. For Conveyancing, Nadine is an absolute star and a professional who goes that extra mile and always with a smile. I like the fact that Nadine will call us and explain things or update us rather than just send an email. She is our 'go to' person for conveyancing and I am just sorry it took 2 aborted purchases to then finally get one over the line - thank you Nadine so much for your patience and perseverance :-)
