Complicated flat sale handled superbly
Priory Law were excellent in every respect in handling the sale process of my late fafther's retiremnet apartment. My main contact was Cara, who responded to my many queries and those of all interested parties efficiently and effectively. She was also a pleasure to deal with, as were all other people I encountered there. Those interested parties included additional solicitors for my father's will, the management company for the flat and the buyers solicitor. There was also Surrey County Council to deal with and Land Registry. And late in the day, when my father sadly passed away, a change of contract paperwork. Cara kept all those disparate plates spinning throughout whilst being in constant contact with me amd my estate agent too. I cannot recommend Cara and Priory Law strongly enough!
