The service was efficient throughout I felt things were under control from the time I got in contact with my solicitor. I received an excellent service, I felt supported, re-assured as I was kept on the loop throughout the process which made me less anxious. My solicitor was very professional, proactive and very organised. The service exceeded my expectations though funded by legal aid but is was better than other paid services I had previously received in other firms.

Received so much support from Ailsa at Venters, she has been amazing throughout. From the first time I made contact with Venters, there was clear and consistent communication and they helped me to fill out the relevant paperwork for Legal Aid.
They represented me very well throughout the 3 hearings of the proceedings, keeping me updated with developments of the case, and chased up communication from the other parties when necessary.
Communication between myself, my solicitor and barrister was good throughout and I got a genuine sense of compassion and empathy from the team, all whilst they still maintained the upmost professionalism.

Venters solicitors have been supporting me with my case for 3 years. I was in a very stressful and scary situation, and felt very lost. Venters helped me with amazing legal advice and supported me incredibly through the whole journey. They went out of their way to support me in every aspect of the case, helped me stay focused on what was relevant and important. During the time that my life collapsed and I felt lost and helpless they were a clear voice that guided me with facts and realistic expectations and helped me achieve the best outcome possible.

Since its inception in 1991 Venters Solicitors has specialised in Family and Criminal Law. In 2006 June Venters became the first woman solicitor to become Queen’s Counsel (“take silk”) an honour until 1995 bestowed only upon barristers. Venters is a law firm with offices in London and Reigate Surrey. We also offer Family Mediation and can provide this service from venues additional to our offices.
