Both Katie and Amy were responsive with my questions however Amy exceeded expectations with response time, very clear instructions and detailed correspondence. She listened to my request to expedite the paperwork where possible to avoid additional costs and finalised the work in very short order. Greatly appreciated!

I found working with Amanda great from the get go. She was realistic about timings, able to assist to help meet my goals, with guidance which meant things were done right to protect me longterm as well as within the immediate situation with clear communication throughout. I felt that I could trust her judgement and that she listened well to my needs explaining the details to ensure I understood. The meetings we had were professional yet friendly and offices well presented in a lovely location. Quote was slightly higher than other local firms, but for the service delivered worth it & would certainly use them again (Amanda in particular).

It was a tricky one, a cannabis condoning tenant with unauthorised unpleasant boyfriend, looming RRA and a neighbouring tenant with child stuck in the middle of a toxic situation! I wanted to run a s21 (never used one before in thirty years) alongside a surrender deal in a 'get money/don't get money' arrangement. Charley was brilliant, calm, concise and clear on the nuances of the s21 rules. Steadily, patiently, he worked our way through the labyrinthine legislation to get to the solution. He prepared the Deed of Surrender and the s21 notice, and two months later, she was gone. The s21 didn't have to be used in court, and thanks to Charley, I was able to sell the property and retire. Thank you again Charley :)

Perhaps it was simply the department we were dealing with (conveyancing) however it seems to me that if I were to ever have litigation levied against me, I would hope and recommend Dutton Gregory to the other side.

Amy Mullan at Dutton Gregory handled the sale of a house I owned in the north of the country and it was a seamless and generally smooth process from start to finish. There were one or two very minor bumps in the road at the end but we got there on the date we expected and it was all handled very smoothly.
