My initial call was with Andrew who was very thorough and knowledgable, upon agreement of the next steps and fees I was then looked after by George. George was always available on the phone and replied quickly by email keeping me updated and even if he didn’t have the awnser he would always come back with the correct information. On the day the appointed barrister was very friendly and upstanding of anxiety and worry and went above and beyond. I could not fault any member of the team for their service.

She was always on top of everything, kept us properly informed, and explained things in a way that actually made sense during what was a very stressful time.
