My children's visa application was initially refused by the Home Office. However, a lawyer successfully appealed the decision before both the tribunal and the Home Office, resulting in the visa being granted. The appeal process involved challenging the initial refusal and submitting a legal arguments to demonstrate the children eligibility. It was not easy on us especially i, being their mother.
