Joseph and his team were amazing in completing our purchase. He was professional, knowledgeable and his communication was second to none. We were updated regularly and kept informed throughout. We had difficulty with the vendor and his solicitor and Joseph was able to manage all the issues with minimal stress to me and my husband. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He was absolutely brilliant.

poole and alcock were very professional in dealing with exchanging our house buying contracts james worked to make sure we exchanged and the monies were transferred all on the same day as moving which made it all possible to go through in what was a stressful time with all the different rules regarding the covid virus,

Kristine was a gem from start to finish of our mortgage application. She was happy to answer any questions we had regarding the mortgage process through several emails and one MS teams chat. Highly recommend.
