Commercial forfeiture covers the end of a commercial lease where a tenant breaches the lease covenants or fails to pay rent. But a big shout out to Caitlin Treacey, who was exceptional. Caitlin was professional, extremely helpful and friendly. She certainly proved that she knows her stuff and when agents in the chain caused mayhem and panic, Caitlin was quick to re-assure me about solutions and ensured I didn’t agree to anything that would have been detrimental to myself. I hadn’t moved for 29 years and could have become stressed beyond belief. However Caitlin was always available to put things into perspective and the result was I actually suffered very little stress throughout the whole process. I cannot thank Caitlin enough and I would definitely use Boyes Turner again for any legal work as her representation of the company has given me confidence that this is a very professional, efficient and problem solving organisation.
