      Professional, diligent, and approachable

      I was assigned as a key witness to a case handled by Patrick Hannon, senior solicitor at Jackson Boyd. Patrick put me at ease, and explained all of the procedures clearly and professionally. His communication was excellent, and he handled the matter with considerable skill and knowledge. While I wasn’t the client in the proceedings, Patrick’s diligence achieved a settlement that I understand greatly benefitted the client he was representing, and I was relieved that I didn’t have to appear in court as a witness.       Disgraceful lawyers closed a claim without letting us know. Said there wasn’t enough evidence because the 3rd party insurer wasn’t aware. We were not asked for anymore evidence after telling them police were dealing with it. The 3rd party was charged and taken to court for dangerous driving and a hit and run plus there was video evidence the police retrieved The male we spoke to for an update was very rude. Then told us he wasn’t letting me speak to a Manager kept asking why after telling him he said no. I asked him for an email address for his manager also got told no. Very unprofessional very rude no phone calls to keep you on the loop. A waste of our time. I would hate for them to waste anyone else’s.

      Place isn’t any help at all closed my claim after not contacting me to let me know never mind having a good reason to close it would not recommend definitely go else where and the man on the phone was so rude no professionalism at all.A joke.
