I couldn’t highly recommend enough, moss solicitors. specifically Jo showan, She has been our main point of contact for advice, matters of lease information and completion for the last couple years. She is very thorough and very client focused. We would not go anywhere else, and would not hesitate to use again if needed in the future. I can highly recommend her services, we would not go anywhere else.

From start to finish Grace was everything you hope for in a solicitor handling your house purchase. Kept us informed all the way, responded quickly to any questions. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful . Completing so quickly was an added bonus. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Ash guided me through the murky waters of my lease renewal. With his expert knowledge, we were able to explore a number of options. He prompted me along the way when I needed to take action especially in relation to keeping the application active. When all the terms were finally agreed, he promptly completed the legal formalities.

We had a fantastic experience working with Tina and her team at Tees Law. Tina was incredibly efficient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept everything on track with clear communication and great attention to detail. Thanks to her hard work and the support of her team, we were able to meet the stamp duty deadline — something we’re extremely grateful for. We highly recommend Tina and Tees Law for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive solicitor.
