Amazing service! I had a really difficult house being grade 2 listed, derelict, whilst also in need of a complete renovation. Not to mention it was a self build mortgage, with lots of special conditions set by the lender. Sarah Bent was amazing at getting everything sorted. I was recommended the services of one of the partners Tom O’Neil. To sort out a dispute, I was having with a commercial lease with one of my tenants, after failing to resolve the problem with a local solicitor. He was extremely patient and dealt with the long-standing matter in a very professional manor.
