Sharad assisted me recently with a case relating to being a 3rd party interest to a POCA case, through no fault of my own. I was understandably quite overwhelmed and concerned. He put me at ease straight away during our initial telephone consultation. Following our consultation we scheduled a meeting to draft a statement to the courts and he guided me through next steps, including what to expect at the court case. Sharad was always available to keep me updated via telephone and email and he provided a professional and friendly service at all times. Dealing with the law can be intimidating for those that do not understand legal jargon and processes but Sharad ensured that I had a full understanding at all times. The sale of my house was a difficult process which had to overcome numerous challenges. It was an extremely stressful process throughout which Kirsty was calm, professional, patient and helped me overcome each challenge with a warm, caring and friendly manner. In spite of these challenges and delays, Kirsty with fantastic support of Trice and Helen delivered the completion within my time critical deadline of 31st March 2026. To do so Kirsty worked very closely with the Bingham staff of Richard Watkinson's who were also very helpful and professional throughout the process which at times must have been as torturous for all concerned as it was for myself. I would highly recommend Kirsty and the firm of Hawley and Rodgers for their tremendous efforts in delivering this difficult completion.

From receiving our quotation via recommendation from our estate agents Staves to appointment and completion was just 8 weeks. This was outstanding and exceeded our expectations in the current climate. Megan provided clear concise information and instructions and backed this up with useful generic guidance to help us both understand the home selling and buying process. Our emails were frequent and timely and I enjoyed the electronic verification and transfer of information as this made the process seamless and efficient especially when we are working full time. I was able to park at the office with ease to hand in documents and speak to Megan and her team on the phone. Nothing was overlooked and I felt completely involved in the process. We asked if a completion date could be achieved in my annual leave and Megan was able to facilitate this whilst remaining honest and realistic with the likelihood of unforeseen circumstances getting in the way, so that we were never disappointed and always kept in the loop. Buying and selling a house is notoriously stressful but honestly Elliot Mathers are 1st class in their industry and the process needn’t be painful or difficult. Thank you so much for helping us navigate a very complex process that we hadn’t experienced before.

I had a great experience working with Lisa, who took over my conveyancing part way through the process. Despite stepping in mid-way, she quickly got up to speed and handled everything efficiently. Lisa was professional, friendly, and approachable throughout. She kept me well informed, explained everything clearly, and really put me at ease during what could have been a stressful time.
