Best Development Transactions Solicitors in Blackfriars

“Very professional and friendly service. I will definitely recommend Ijaz Ahmad and Haleema Ghani and Manisha Nahar for all conveyancing matters.”

“I cannot recommend Lucie Anne Rhodes highly enough. She guided me through one of the most challenging periods of my life with unwavering professionalism, genuine empathy, and sharp legal acumen. My case involved a complex commercial lease dispute that had dragged on for over a year. I was paying rent on a property I couldn't use due to a prolonged electricity disconnection, facing an inflated massive dilapidations claim and dealing with uncooperative landlords and their solicitors. To add to the pressure, I lost my regular job during this period and was financially stretched to my limits, with an expensive family hospitalisation and medical needs. Lucie never once made me feel like just another case file. She: * Fought tirelessly against unreasonable demands and delaying tactics. * Provided clear, honest advice even when the news was difficult to hear. * Negotiated strategically, always keeping my best interests at the forefront. * Showed genuine compassion during moments of personal crisis, including redundancy and family pressures. * Secured a settlement that, while not the outcome I originally hoped for, protected me from the massive dilapidations claim and allowed me to walk away with my dignity intact. If you need a solicitor who combines legal excellence with true humanity, look no further. Lucie is worth every penny and more. Thank you for everything.”
