Claire and Fran were brilliant. All went as planned. Always kept us up to date. No Problems encountered. Very friendly and polite. Excellent work. Very happy clients.

We were very happy with Bannister Preston and in particular Sophie Taylor, who handled the conveyancing for our house sale. She was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions knowledgably and always responded promptly ( sometimes within the hour!) Would highly recommend and many thanks to Sophie

I’ve worked with Jane numerous times on property acquisitions and disposals and she is far and away the best I’ve worked with. Value for money and quality service every time, and her personal touch makes the experience a pleasure.

Amazing service from Julie, Rachel and the team in conveyancing. Efficient, proactive and customer driven. Would highly recommend.

We recently completed on a property with Louise Hyland from Jude & Priestly carrying our the conveyancing. She made the process easy and always kept us up to date on the status of the sale. I would highly recommend J & P.

For the passed 12 months we have been working with kayleigh on a new development project which involved a lease splits and refinance from bridging to standard mortgages. We cannot recommend Kayleigh enough. From her due diligence to availability and willingness to help us understand all the options at our disposal was second to none and we really couldn't have gotten through the tight deadlines without her dedication and reliability to what was a complex project. Thank you Kayleigh, we look forward to working with you again.

All the members of staff I have dealt with, especially Sam and Nicola have been outstanding; efficient, polite, professional and had great communication. Best Conveyancers I have used ( excellent fee as well). Would always recommend and use their services again. Many thanks

My purchase was dealt with by Sarah, Katia and Alice. They were a brilliant team. They kept me informed of progress, reacted to all my questions in a timely and professional manner and showed enormous patience with my many queries and requests. Excellence personified.

Jessica has been empathetic, professional and fastidious throughout the whole process. We never had one concern that everything would be handled quickly and professionally, and it was. Despite our purchasers having unprofessional solicitors, Jessica was calm and always kept us updated. Jessica has been nothing short of amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently completed an extremely complex property sale and Brown Turner Ross handled it very well, especially Katie. There were multiple moving parts, tight deadlines, unexpected complications and a lot of pressure from different sides. Despite this, everything was managed with professionalism, focus and clear communication throughout. We always felt the process was being pushed forward and handled with care, even when challenges arose. A big thank you to the team for helping get this over the line — it was a stressful transaction and your support made a real difference. 🌸💖
