I wish I could give 10 stars for Janine Toland at W&AS Bruce. I feel like Janine is an extension of my family after all our communication during the sale of my city flat last year and the purchase of new home this year. The buyer during my sale caused delays as well as the seller during our initial offer last year moving date of entry because he could not find a new home to buy (and essentially never packed his belongings on the last date of entry set). She was patient and supportive with us finding a new home after. We drew the short end of the stick for the buyer and seller in these transactions, but definitely a win for the solicitor by our side. Janine was on top of them through and through. She was unbelievably helpful and professional helping me get over the line for the home we ended up with this month and this was a quick and easy process and I imagine the 'normal' process if you don't have issues from the other side of the transaction. However, as there is always potential to have issues, I would HIGHLY recommend using Janine's services for buying or selling as she will fight tooth and nail to help you. If I ever feel sane enough to move again I will certainly be in touch with Janine to help us with this process.
