Sian has been the most amazing conveyancing solicitor. Seeing as she was first instructed in March and we only completed the purchase today this has required a lot of patience on her part. We went through adding family members to the purchase, family illness, risk of redundancy, the seller’s chain falling through, major leaks at the property, a price reduction, a pushy estate agent, urgent exchange when the seller threatened to withdraw and finally an odd situation on the final day with the managing company documents.
