I had Bradley Bernett to do the legal work on both a flat sale and the purchase of a new property and had a great experience both times. He is super efficient. There was literally never a time when I had to wait for Bradley to do anything. I got the impression that he also pressed the other side effectively if they were not forthcoming in a timely manner with the required forms or information. His emails are always really clear and tone upbeat which helps to take the stress out of the whole process for everyone. I would thoroughly recommend Bradley, and Matthew who he works with, if you're embarking on a sale or purchase. I read the review below and just cannot fathom how it can be accurate.
