Tried to use this company for my divorce but found a lack of interest in my case.I found very little in the way of advice or direction and so had to leave for another solicitor costing me a lot of money. Not the best when I was at a hard and vulnerable stage in my life.
I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour and half (still on hold) Was in position 3 then moved to 1 and now after an hour and half I’m back to position 3 That’s absolutely absurd to be waiting that long to be put through to the reception staff, and then to be moved back to position 3 after an hour and half

Thorneycroft Solicitors were absolutely amazing with our conveyancing. Kamila, in particular, was fantastic—speedy, efficient and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Everyone always says moving is stressful, but they made it so simple and completely stress-free for us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Truly outstanding service!

Claire and Lisa were excellent. Purchase went through like a dream, sale was quite Tricky due to buyers solicitors not accepting indemnity. Lisa tried many things to push it through and eventually it did. Only issues I had were that comms could be better, my first solicitor left the company and I wasn't informed. However for the cost I can't recommend them enough

Slow, unresponsive, and now that I've come to sell my place it's come to light that they really dropped the ball on a few things.
