This area covers the buying, selling and long‑term leasing of commercial property, including due diligence, contract drafting, negotiating terms, and coordinating with lenders, landlords, tenants and other parties. A solicitor reviews titles and leases, conducts property searches, handles contracts for sale or lease, arranges necessary registrations and stamp duty land tax compliance, and advises on rights and restrictions that might affect the deal. The work often hinges on timing, funding conditions, and risk allocation to complete a transaction smoothly.

“Sera was fantastic! She was incredibly transparent and always reachable throughout the transaction. My case was a bit complex due to multiple purchases, but Sera's expertise shone through. Even when she was away, she made sure to delegate tasks to her colleagues, ensuring no time was wasted. I've already asked her to handle my next two transactions. The fees were also great value for money.”

“If I can, I'd like to give more than 5 stars to Chloe. I had a very positive experience working with Chloe Norris-Dean during my recent property purchase. Chloe was highly professional, patient and responsive throughout the entire process. She guided me carefully through each stage, from reviewing documents to coordinating with the developer and ensuring everything progressed smoothly towards exchange and completion. As an international buyer, there were many details that required clarification, and Chloe was always very clear in her explanations and quick to respond to my questions. I particularly appreciated her professionalism when communicating with the developer and organising the legal documentation, which made what could have been a stressful process much more manageable. I would especially recommend Chloe to international buyers, including Chinese buyers. She is very professional and experienced in handling documentation related to overseas clients, and she dealt with Chinese documents carefully and efficiently during the process. Overall, I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal services for a property purchase.”
