We needed advise linked to old complex covenants that are still valid and enforceable. Outstanding service and speed of response

Andy not only support my company with our legal need but also in other areas . ie recently helped me find a new firm of accountant

We have used Amy Church of Lucas and Wyllys Solicitors for both residential and commercial conveyancing. Service is always excellent. Extremely efficient with a friendly service and most important of all very quick response times. Highly recommend.

Very professional and polite or took a bit longer than expected but very happy with outcome will definitely use again thank you

What a winner. This was not an easy and usual conveyancing situation. Gabbie and Claire were always there for the difficult times, giving sound advice, and making sure we were able to meet any deadlines.

Due to COVID19 everything was done remotely which seemed to work very well for both Gareth and ourselves; efficient service.

If you are looking for trustworthy professional, reliable, and efficient solicitors to deal with Probate, Litigation and Conveyancing matters, the team at Downs Solicitors (Dorking) should be No1 on your list. I dealt with Lucy Whittam (Probate), Angus Storar and Liz Rose (Conveyancing). They kept me informed at all stages, handled enquiries effectively and moved the entire legal processes along despite a number of challenges. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Lucy, Angus and Liz and intend on using them again in the future.
