This work covers legal help that may arise when a person seeks guidance before a product or service is publicly offered, including understanding consumer rights, contract terms, cancellation rights, returns policies, and guarantees. A solicitor in this area helps identify what terms are fair, what must be disclosed, and how to frame any pre-launch negotiations or disclosures to reduce risk for the consumer. It often involves reviewing draft terms and advising on remedies if misleading information could affect a purchase.
