My current employer is making me redundant after 25 years of service, as such I receive a settlement agreement sets out a fair degree of terms and conditions for the payment to be made, all of which mean it needs reviewing by a solicitor, reviewing with me and full explanation of legal terms, before then being signed by all parties and returned to me in good time. My employer has a fixed pay cycle so hitting specific dates is important to ensure my severance is paid asap. Billy Smith and Frances Gilliland handled the case for me. I reached out to FLG since they had processed my parents will and now were handling the creation of my own. Switchboard put me through ti Frances who immediately assured me the dates would be met and that this agreement is common practice e for them. She arranged for Billy to speak to me the next day and he ran through the document end to end and spent plenty of time answering my questions without any judgement, Frances then handled all the interaction with me and my employer and ensured the paperwork was processed quickly. My employer had asked for processing to be complete in 3 weeks, it was completed end to end in 3 days by Frances and Billy, very reassuring in these times of financial uncertainty. They also handled the billing direct to me employer so no need for me to worry about that aspect either. Top service and very friendly and easy as I have become used to from FJG. Thank you!!!!
