Truly fantastic from start to finish!! We pushed for it to happen asap and First correspondence started on the 27/02/2017 and as of today's date 24/03/2017 we received the keys to our new family home, just over 3 weeks in total for all and everything can't thank Lauren Dilworth and her team enough will have no hesitation in putting your name forward to friends and family, will only use Ward Gethin Archer in the future.

Mr Balkitis kindly explained the courtroom protocol to us and showed us the room where the hearing was to be held prior to the T C arriving. The sale took over 5 months from agreeing the sale to completion. I'm unsure why (certainly, the buyer's solr was slow responding to anything) but a problem with adjacent land took over 2 months to sort, going backwards & forwards between the previous owner of the land & both sets of sols; eventually Levi's submitted the forms to Land Registry, after I had asked why they couldn't do it (perhaps coincidence) but I thought they could have been more pro-active in the matter rather than being a post box. In the end , it happened, but the delays cost me in excess of £2,000.
