Henry was always extremely professional, honest, prompt in his actions in both responding to telephone calls and emails (especially during restricted pandemic times meaning all was conducted online), transparent and fair often going above and beyond to deal with the ever changing situation we were in. Most importantly Henry kept us informed at all times. The speed and efficiency of the process was very reassuring and the professional service provided by Doswell Law was such a reassuring added benefit during a very stressful and anxious time. Worried with everything that was happening we were given a professional, courteous service where everything was delivered in a responsive and well explained experience. Henry was always well prepared at any meetings and was always fully conversant with the plethora of documents and information we provided him for our case.
