“I recently needed to find a solicitor to aid in a settlement agreement, and was only given around a week to do so. In spite of this, Elinor and her team were able to resolve this issue in a very short time. Even when a second agreement was sent out due to an error on the part of the employer, Elinor was on the case, and it was re-signed and submitted within a couple of hours. Despite the employer refusing to pay an uplift to bring the payment fee to Poole Alcock's usual fee, I wasn't charged a penny for their services. All this was made more impressive due to the fact that it was done in a very busy period of the year.”
