Stable contracts covers drafting, reviewing and negotiating permanent and fixed‑term employment terms, including pay, benefits, notice periods and restrictive covenants. A solicitor in this area drafts or amends contracts, handles changes to terms, and negotiates settlements when terms shift during a person’s employment. They also advise on probation, garden leave, disciplinary or grievance responses, and what happens on termination, including reference handling and post‑employment restrictions, to keep terms clear, fair and legally enforceable.

“Great service form start to finish. With the help from Hannah Ross and Sarah Sowden, they managed maternity cover and a very tricky and slow opposition. All whilst being considerate of my incurring costs and an emotional and stressful situation. For me however, it's always the human approach they take and for this, I'd happily always recommend to anyone and everyone. ”
