“I have consulted Ashar on a few occasions for legal advice on a family matter. I found Ashar very knowledgeable, insightful and legally tactful. He has the ability to identify a clear legal course of action whilst keeping the bigger picture in mind which is a rare combination. His experience and expertise is evident during interactions/consultation. Its clear he handles the matters with the right level of comittment, authority and care. I was confident that he is right choice to support my case. I would highly recommend him to others looking for lawyers in family domain.”

“After 18 months of torture following a horrible separation and floundering around with a number of awful lawyers clearly only interested in getting paid I stumbled across Brian at Elite Law. As with most lawyers I got the one hour free intro phone call but I knew I was on the right track when the hour was well and truly over but he still called me back to finish the story and I genuinely felt that he heard me and understood what I was going through. In the following days he came back to me with a plan and reassured me that he knew what to do and this turned out to be true. Over the following months he continued to reassure me that my position was solid and explained the law and his plan for what to do. He communicated well despite probably having many other clients and the advice he gave me turned out to be exactly the right thing to do which ended with a far more positive result than I had reconciled myself with when we first spoke. I would never have thought to do what we did but it got me the right result and I am forever grateful. Brian was part therapist at the beginning and part friend at the end and it was worth every penny. ”

“Our solicitor was exactly what we needed to guide us through an emotional and stressful time. Very patient and knowledgeable explained everything carefully to us. Very pleased with the outcome and their service.”

“I am an ex-lawyer and FTSE250 CFO so have come across many lawyers in the past 30 years. Put simply, Maria is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Family Law is an incredibly emotive area of the law and Maria's counsel and support got me through a very difficult time. Her advice was always clear and direct (even firm at times), always delivered with authority and compassion. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Mrs Hunt was very knowledgeable and happy to listen. Every time we had correspondence she replied promptly.”

“Samantha O'Dwyer and Debbie Glover are a formidable experienced and professional team at Amphlett. My divorce case has been going on for a long time due to complex issues, however I was guided and advised in such a wonderful and professional manner that ongoing engagement process became lighter, they did all the work and I was able to resume a normal life whilst the process was ongoing without worrying. The case has now been concluded and I am very happy with outcome Sam and Debbie have given my life back. I wish to not only thank them but congratulate them for being a true asset to their firm. I recommend them for matrimonial matters. I have provided a 5 star rating.”

They were able to support me and answer all my concerns and with the assistance of the wider legal team gained a positive outcome to my case.
