Upon meeting Graham Twist my solicitor I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to listen to my concerns. He was very approachable and understanding. The issues around pensions which can be complex was explained at length allowing an informed decision to be made. The person dealing with my POA was Andrea Bell who on my arrival put me at ease and was very approachable. During the process of filling in the forms I made a couple of mistakes and again Andrea corrected these for me which made the whole experience less stressful. In my opinion Andrea made an exceptional job of my POA.
