Best Good Divorce Week Solicitors in Camden

“After 18 months of torture following a horrible separation and floundering around with a number of awful lawyers clearly only interested in getting paid I stumbled across Brian at Elite Law. As with most lawyers I got the one hour free intro phone call but I knew I was on the right track when the hour was well and truly over but he still called me back to finish the story and I genuinely felt that he heard me and understood what I was going through. In the following days he came back to me with a plan and reassured me that he knew what to do and this turned out to be true. Over the following months he continued to reassure me that my position was solid and explained the law and his plan for what to do. He communicated well despite probably having many other clients and the advice he gave me turned out to be exactly the right thing to do which ended with a far more positive result than I had reconciled myself with when we first spoke. I would never have thought to do what we did but it got me the right result and I am forever grateful. Brian was part therapist at the beginning and part friend at the end and it was worth every penny. ”

“I instructed Beresford quite late in the run up to a divorce related Court hearing. Not only did he make time for me amongst an already busy schedule he ensured I had everything ready and came into the hearing fully prepared. I have worked with countless solicitors both during my family and related proceedings and professionally over a period of 20 years. Beresford was by far the best solicitor I have worked with and provided excellent service. We had an outstanding victory in court which was largely due to the diligent work leading up to the day and the manner in which Beresford advocated for me in the hearing. With the best intention in mind I hope not to have need for a solicitor again however if I ever do I would instruct Beresford again in a heart beat Thank you for everything ”

“Extremely knowledgeable, everyone at Taylor and Emmett goes above and beyond to help. Julie Munday (family law) is absolutely fantastic, her experience in family law makes her the best lawyer you could hope for to represent you. She made sure I understood the family court process, what each outcome could be, helped me to understand all the documents and made sure I had statements that covered everything that I needed to benefit my side of the case. Her advice was always straightforward and informative and also compassionate (a lot of court professionals lack this skill, but family court can be very emotional and it helps to have someone on your side who is not only knowledgeable and experienced but also understanding of the emotional impact these cases can have on parents and family). I would highly recommend Taylor and Emmett and Julie Munday.”

Thank you for your support Anjani”

“I has been a pleasure to work with my solicitor and their assistant. Both were dedicated and professional in what was a very challenging time for me. They were able to support me and answer all my concerns and with the assistance of the wider legal team gained a positive outcome to my case. There were times when I was emotional and times where I was frustrated and on each occasion I was supported and reassured. ”
