“I instructed Beresford quite late in the run up to a divorce related Court hearing. Not only did he make time for me amongst an already busy schedule he ensured I had everything ready and came into the hearing fully prepared. I have worked with countless solicitors both during my family and related proceedings and professionally over a period of 20 years. Beresford was by far the best solicitor I have worked with and provided excellent service. We had an outstanding victory in court which was largely due to the diligent work leading up to the day and the manner in which Beresford advocated for me in the hearing. With the best intention in mind I hope not to have need for a solicitor again however if I ever do I would instruct Beresford again in a heart beat Thank you for everything ”

“We had a life pivoting court case that Ardra become involved in, her diligence understanding and human touch was uncerpassed from the moment she got involved she worked tirelessly to achiev the goal which we did with her amazing help and professionalism ”

“Extremely knowledgeable, everyone at Taylor and Emmett goes above and beyond to help. Julie Munday (family law) is absolutely fantastic, her experience in family law makes her the best lawyer you could hope for to represent you. She made sure I understood the family court process, what each outcome could be, helped me to understand all the documents and made sure I had statements that covered everything that I needed to benefit my side of the case. Her advice was always straightforward and informative and also compassionate (a lot of court professionals lack this skill, but family court can be very emotional and it helps to have someone on your side who is not only knowledgeable and experienced but also understanding of the emotional impact these cases can have on parents and family). I would highly recommend Taylor and Emmett and Julie Munday.”

“Thank you to Simon and Kerry for their handling of my divorce. Simon maintained a professional manner throughout despite challenges. I really appreciated his prompt responses and advice. I would absolutely recommend Simon.”

They were able to support me and answer all my concerns and with the assistance of the wider legal team gained a positive outcome to my case. There were times when I was emotional and times where I was frustrated and on each occasion I was supported and reassured. ”

“Abdul Mueed Kayani was a very pleasant and professional Solucitor. He explained everything to me with regard to Wills and POA and answered all my questions. I would definitely advise my friends to use his services if so required.”

“After contacting several solicitors i got in touch with fullers family law. From the very first phone call i was left with a feeling of reassurance and knowledge. I was assigned Asia Razaq Miah as my solicitor. The first impression i got was that Asia was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about family law. This was a huge relief at a very stressful time. Throughout the process Asia would walk me through step by step and explain what i had to do and what was going to happen next. Asia went above and beyond to help me with my case and even kept in touch when she was away on annual leave to help with my questions. I would highly recommend Fullers Family Law and especially Asia. Thank you for making a stressful time less stressful. ”
