A rather involved - finance, real estate (stamp duty, capital gains, Land Registrary) - separation agreement that evolved over a number of years (due to client discussion), was resolved with patience and expertise. The final agreement, as sad as the process was for both sides, is comprehensive, clear and mutually satisfactory and constructed with compassion and skill.
