“Worrying about trying to find the right Family a law firm, to help with my separation was overwhelming. However, once I called Poole Alcock, I was immediately realised I had made the right choice. I was immediately made to feel welcome and my situation was listened to. After taking all of my details, I was quickly transferred to a solicitor who listened and understood my position. Fully describing the process, we agreed on the next steps. Throughout the whole process so far, the staff have been professional, courteous and empathetic. “I had my first appointment with Zoe two days'ago. At the end of the meeting I felt that I had a clear picture of all options available to me. Extremely professional, I also feel stronger and able to deal with what the future holds. It's as though a weight has been lifted. Thank you Zoe, It's taken me 30 years to eventually reach this point. I wish I'd had the courage years ago. ”

“After 18 months of torture following a horrible separation and floundering around with a number of awful lawyers clearly only interested in getting paid I stumbled across Brian at Elite Law. As with most lawyers I got the one hour free intro phone call but I knew I was on the right track when the hour was well and truly over but he still called me back to finish the story and I genuinely felt that he heard me and understood what I was going through. In the following days he came back to me with a plan and reassured me that he knew what to do and this turned out to be true. Over the following months he continued to reassure me that my position was solid and explained the law and his plan for what to do. He communicated well despite probably having many other clients and the advice he gave me turned out to be exactly the right thing to do which ended with a far more positive result than I had reconciled myself with when we first spoke. I would never have thought to do what we did but it got me the right result and I am forever grateful. Brian was part therapist at the beginning and part friend at the end and it was worth every penny. ”

“Very good, quick at responding to me, very polite, just what you need when it’s so important and it’s family.”
