I needed some help advice from a solicitor. I called PCB who were very efficient and friendly on the phone. Staff assured me that a solicitor would be in touch. Almost immediately I was contacted by Ruth and given very good sound advice. Ruth was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was given the advice over the phone and then in writing via an email. Ruth provided me with her direct contact number and email address which made a huge difference to me. It allowed me to get instant answers. But the most important point I want to make is that all the staff were very friendly and approachable and the biggest point is that they and Ruth have spoken in a plane and easy manner rather than the usual way where none of the advise makes any sense. I would most definitely use PCB again. Can’t fault their service and approach.

Julie Munday (family law) is absolutely fantastic, her experience in family law makes her the best lawyer you could hope for to represent you. She made sure I understood the family court process, what each outcome could be, helped me to understand all the documents and made sure I had statements that covered everything that I needed to benefit my side of the case. Her advice was always straightforward and informative and also compassionate (a lot of court professionals lack this skill, but family court can be very emotional and it helps to have someone on your side who is not only knowledgeable and experienced but also understanding of the emotional impact these cases can have on parents and family). We instructed Charlotte to help us in relation to our granddaughter. Charlotte secured an urgent Order to ensure that our granddaughter remained in our care and a final Order was granted after much fighting.
