We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Onyeka. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic!! Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful things we’ve ever done, but Onyeka was there every step of the way, keeping us updated, explaining everything clearly and making sure nothing was missed. She was always been quick to respond to emails, incredibly thorough and so patient with all of our questions. We always felt like our case was in safe hands, and her communication throughout was excellent. What makes her service even more impressive is that she managed to get us from our offer being accepted to exchanging and completing in just two months. Harvey West and Heather Burgess have been outstanding in assisting us with selling a flat that needed a lease drawn up. If we emailed we were given a reply, sounds simple....but it means you know where you are and what needs to be done etc etc. It kept us relaxed when it was not straight forward.. they could also think outside of 'the box'. If our buyers conveyancer did not have the qualifications to convey a new lease just imagine how hard it is to write one !

Roland Jones handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of a new one. I've worked with Roland before on a lease extension and he was a model of sensible, sane advice – here too. Despite several challenges (a disappearing buyer, a tight mortgage deadline …) he kept everything on the road and was a reassuring presence in a sometimes stressful process, as well as very responsive and easy to get hold of. If only all solicitors were like this – a real credit to the firm, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and BAMc.
