    “The service I received from Lilac Law was acceptable, and they carried out the standard tasks you’d expect when moving house. However, they are on the expensive side, and there are other firms that offer the same level of service for less. They were recommended by my mortgage broker, but in hindsight I should have looked for a more cost‑effective option. Some items were missed from the final invoice, so receiving an additional bill afterwards was unexpected and quite concerning. Overall, take some time to consider alternatives before choosing them.”
