It has been an absolute pleasure to have had Daniel represent me in respect to a landlord issue. He has handled all legal matters in a way that means a very satisfactory outcome to my case. Even after some years, Daniel has still taken on the legal aspects of my case and has acted professionally and given exceptional legal advise. I can't thank Daniel enough in his assistance with this matter.

We require some legal Support with conveyancing query on a BTL property and Eve was fantastic. Despite speaking to many solicitors, Eve was able to explain the rationale clearly and simply and give us the information to make n informed choice.

Abbie was extremely helpful in navigating me through the complex legal process. She was fast, responsive and on the ball, leading me the whole way through. Her advice was clear and honest, I would recommend her services to others.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding solicitor, Jamie, during the sale of my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From our initial consultation, it was clear that Jamie was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also deeply committed to providing exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend Jamie at Thomas Flavell & Sons for anyone looking to sell their home. Their expertise, communication, and dedication to client satisfaction truly set them apart. If you’re in need of a solicitor who will go above and beyond, then look no further.

I contacted Levi Solicitors after hearing their adverts on The Square Ball Leeds Utd podcast. I was purchasing another buy to let property and decided to try them. It was the smoothest house purchase I have experienced. Very speedy service, kept updated at all times and I think for conveyancing it was very good value for money. I will use again on my next property purchase. Thanks.

Mahnoor was a great help to us, everything was a smooth process and we were well informed of all steps along the way, thank you!

Excellent service from initial contact, after accepting an offer on our buy to let property through to the end of completion on the sale. All communication was very clear, concise and quick responses. The sale from accepting the offer to the completion day was only 10 weeks. Would definitely recommend and would use the practice again with no hesitation.

Louise Langabeer and her team of Kim Pearce and Sharon Nicholls have dealt with 3 house purchases and 2 house sales for me over the last 9 years. Louise is not only highly professional and effective but also has an excellent communication ability and retains a good sense of humour (as do her team). It has been a pleasure to engage them and to work with them. I would not say "Tenacious" ( it can smack of aggression ?) but certainly "Determined" in getting results.

We received very prompt and professional service from Emma ; she always kept us up to date and pushed hard to remove any obstacles to the sale ; We had a deadline of 29th October for completion and with Emma's input we were able to achieve this. We would be very happy to recommend her to family and friends Tom and Claire Luker

We have just completed a difficult sale and purchase, throughout the conveyance Rothera Bray have been there for us. Joanne Clarke and Nirvair Kaur Singh worked hard to keep things on track and together with Jackie Murphy we are now safely in our new home. We would definitely have no problem recommending Rothera Bray based on our experience. Thank you
