I have used Russell and Russell Solicitors for every house sale and purchase - each time quality service. This purchase was extremely complicated due to the chain in my sale but Karen Woods and Diane Asbury were so supportive and ensured the purchase completed and they both stayed behind after 5pm to ensure the funds got to the solicitor for the house we're buying. It was so stressful but they were so supportive and we can't thank them enough. Totally recommend using this firm for both sales and purchases.

I have had the pleasure of having legal support from Dominic Williams at Whitehead Monckton over the last 2 years on numerous projects. I cannot recommend him and WM enough. Very much appreciated.

Tom Bodkin and his colleagues provided fantastic support to resolve my dispute with the freehold owner of my flat.

Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all. Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue. We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell! I would never use anyone else at this point, and would highly recommend them to anyone working out who to go to for their conveyancing needs. Jane, Vicki, Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, Kimberley and everyone else at Healys who worked with us these past 10 months - thank you. Truly could not have done it without you.

Mark responded quickly to my initial query and was kind, informative and approachable. I was happy to instruct Mark to act in the matter of my lease extension. At our initial meeting, Mark arrived punctually and clearly explained the process and next steps; questions were invited, which I appreciated. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and experienced and I look forward to working with Mark in this matter.

Excellent service from Sydney Mitchell. I would highly recommend Marta Konieczna, she is very professional, responsive, friendly and kept me updated all the time. She provided me with results with all her knowledge and experience. Thanks Marta for your excellent service.Wishing you all the best!

We used Amicus Law for the recent sale of our house and purchase of our new property here in Minehead. David Chapman and his team provided excellent service. They dealt with everything very quickly and kept us fully informed at every stage. David was always available to answer any queries or concerns. He worked hard at the end to make sure we completed on the given day as there was a problem further down the chain. I would recommend Amicus Law and would certainly use them again.

A huge thank you to Punam and the team for handling my lease extension! She made what could have been a complex process completely stress-free. Her communication was outstanding—I was kept updated at every stage, and she was always on top of getting everything completed promptly. I really felt in safe hands throughout. Thanks to her hard work, diligence, and expertise, the entire process was seamless. Exceptional service!
