Daniel Evans at Devonalds Church Village was the solicitor we used for the purchase of our first home. Although a stressful life experience, Daniel helpfully chased responses and reports for us in a timely way, explained what we needed explaining, and when we hit a snag with some of the issues with our home he worked to ensure these would not cause us any issues or stress in the future. The whole team were responsive and friendly, their professionalism not wavering even though we were very much on their tail. The Devonalds app also made communications easy, and is a huge plus point to using Devonalds. Thank you very much for the experience we have had - it was fantastic. Megan & Nick Kyte

Excellent service, quite a difficult sale. Changing from freehold to leasehold for the flat in Beaconsfield. The mortgage lender was not helpful and without Lorraine and Joanna's help, the sale would not have proceeded.

Very pleased with excellent support in making my moving house less stressful than I was expecting excellent staff, pleasant and friendly many thanks to you all. Keep up the excellent support.

I used Andrew this year to assist me with a housing disrepair claim. From start to finish, he made the whole process completely stress free, i was constantly kept up to date with the progress, and thanks to his help we were successful. I would 100% reccommend Both Andrew and Bond turner

We were very impressed with the professional service we received from Julie when she dealt with the sale of our flat. We had a very good rapport with Julie and she resolved any queries we had, in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and thank her for all her good work.

Just sold a flat. This firm handled the sale excellently for me, keeping me posted on developments and requirements in a timely manner. Very pleasant people to deal with and at a very reasonable cost.

In my job as an Estate agent I come across many solicitors. This is a shout out to Ashraf Islam of Rose & Rose. He was most helpful on what should have been a straight forward leasehold purchase but of course wasn't. To thank him I recommended him on a freehold purchase. He is always available to talk to and more importantly my buyer was delighted with his service.

The David Barney team supported us fully throughout a far from straightforward leasehold property sale. Lauren in particular went out of our way to find solutions, giving timely feedback and bringing the matter to a very satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommended and would definitely return to this team again.

Brown Turner Ross recently handled the purchase of the Leasehold and Freehold on my property. It was a daunting task having just lost my husband when I started the process. All the staff were very helpful and supportive, particularly Su Kenwright who headed up the team, ably assisted by Michael Hunter. I am very grateful to them for their friendly support and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone requiring this kind of work.

I’ve used Omer kahraman for almost a decade now, I couldn’t be more happier as his always looking out for his clients and advising them on every step of the way. I didn’t know anything before hand regarding buying and selling a business. He has taught me so much I can only advise if not the best one or the best in the business.

Brachers have provided a very good service. The solicitor, Rachel Plumb, has been helpful throughout the process of dealing with the sale of the flat. She has carried out the necessary actions at the right time, and responded quickly to queries. We have been kept informed throughout.

We have used MBH for a number of years and have always found them to be supportive and professional in our dealings with them. They were particularly supportive with a recent house sale where there were some issues with the leasehold. In the last few years my siblings and I have come to regard them as our 'family' solicitors.

A firm of Solicitors that go out of their way to help clients achieve. Well organised & effective. Sarah Gaunts team strives to be the best.
