Jessie has been an amazing support through the sale of my house and subsequent purchase of my new flat. The purchase was a tricky transaction due to complexity of leasehold and sub-optimal performance of the vendor’s solicitor and management company. Throughout Jessie was extremely prompt, thorough and also uplifting emotionally :) Will definitely reach out for any future transactions! Although, hopefully, that will be some time yet.

I've used Nicola for various property purchases and sales, and she's consistently been a fantastic advocate and representative for me and my family. She always looks out for our best interests and has explained sometimes complex information in an easy to understand way. Her attention to detail and calm presence really helped when the stress was ratcheted up towards the completion date. I'd have no hesitation using her or MCT Solicitors who also have a team of great people who helped with our move.

Moving from Cornwall to West Sussex our move, like most, wasn’t always straightforward. Fiona, Tiegan and the team oversaw everything, providing solutions and reassurance throughout. Their professionalism and knowledge put us at ease with confidence the move would happen. We cannot recommend Baldwin & Robinson highly enough, they will certainly be our first choice for any future legal work. Thanks to them we are now in our new home!

Made buying my first house an easy experience. Roy explained everything clearly and concisely, answering my questions with patience and made this a much-less daunting experience than it could have been.

5* highly recommend this firm, very honest, listens to your needs, very friendly, guides you through every step, fantastic communications. Our solicitor was Siôn Fôn his first language is Welsh which is a bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Siôn

I contacted Cartmell Shepard for an issue with a neighbour dispute regarding property boundaries. I was initially concerned and nervous about the situation but after talking to Rob I felt reassured straight away about the case and what he was going to do. Rob was assertive and direct in his approach and as such the problem has been resolved. I am really thankful to the Rob and Josie for helping me to feel heard, understood and reassured. And helping to resolve to this issue. Thank you!

Mancini helped us get through the long process of selling our old home and buying a new one. Great service! Valerie and Rhianna helped us greatly and stayed patient with our many enquiries.

Once again I have received fantastic service from Heather and the team. Everything was dealt with speedily, professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend Crane and Staples LLP to anyone.
