Louise and Cindy have both worked tirelessly to complete on my sale and recently on my house purchase. I believe they have been working through the most stressful and unprecedented times, created by the havoc of Covid and the need for incentives from the Government by reducing stamp duty. I cannot imagine what their workload has been like, they have never allowed the pressures they have been under to affect their professionalism or performance. They were recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Excellent experience throughout our house purchase and sale. Super fast responses to our queries, which at times were complicated and involved, where everything was explained clearly to us. Communication was friendly and efficient throughout the process and our Exchange and Completion were finalised within a very quick timescale. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Beyond Conveyancing and would highly recommend them.

Our house move was a bit of a nightmare with negotiations both end however Jodie was always on hand to help. We completed on the date we had chosen

We have had a nothing but positive experience with Tamara and are truly grateful for everything. From start to finish we received a very professional, friendly service and communication was brilliant. Emails were always answered straight away and there was no waiting around for answers. Tamara kept us updated at every stage of the process and was on hand to offer advice. Thank you for making this journey so easy! I would definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues in the future..

Both myself and partner have used Bank Solicitors a number of times now and have always received first class service from the team of Sobea, Claire and Jamie. On the last occasion Jamie dealt with the conveyancing of both my sale and purchase and was quite outstanding. He was always driving things forward and taking the initiative without the need for prompting not always the case with solicitors! In addition he responded to any communication whether by phone or email in a most pleasant and engaging manner. All in all I couldn't fault the service provided by Banks and in particular Jamie and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

True to form Amanda & Rebecca both worked their magic on my commercial purchase and my residential sale in the same period. Have worked with them extensively on many occasions & will continue to do so now that it’s their own firm!
