I experienced a dreadful situation which was a neighbour dispute. My appointed solicitor James Freeman was excellent, i cant thank him enough!!!! After 18 months of pure hell the situation was finally over and it was the dream outcome. James was patient, sympathetic and was prepared to try different approaches to tackle the problem. He was polite and quick to return calls and emails. In contrast the admin staff rarely answered the phone.

I've sold two houses and purchased a new build and my solicitor Graeme Booth has been absolutely fantastic the whole time.
