This was not the first time we have used Napthens to assisit in our house move. This time was to purchase a house and we used the Lytham office, looked after by Sally Calvert and Greg. Sally set out expectations from the first call and maintained that. Communications were outstanding, never being avoided and always answered promptly. If any days were going to be taken as leave, Sally informed us and greg was available in Sally's absence. if you need a professional conveyance solicitor then please go to Sally at Napthens. While we are all encouraged to write reviews. 99% of the time I do leave feedback it is excellent. I like to think of it as giving something back to those who we have been fortunate enough to work with. offering our support to illustrate such wok as Napthens and in turn helping other like ourselveds to choose the right solicitors. Thank you Sally, you were FANTASTIC.

Honestly, I can’t fault Napthens throughout the entire process of buying our first home. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, and were always knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions we had.
