When we finally reached the decision that is was time to make our Wills our first through was which solicitor to use. In selecting Wollens we made the right choice to undertake the task. From the initial phone call to make an appointment and arriving at the office was a friendly and relaxed environment. We were met by Mrs Anna Stanbridge. Anna made us feel comfortable, listened to the reasons we had come to in deciding the allocation of our possessions. Anna guided us through the whole process from start to finish, including an amendment we made after the first draft of the will. We cannot praise the staff enough which we came in contact with at Wollens for their friendly professional service. We will happily recommend Wollens in the future.

The divorce process between my wife and myself started out on relatively amicable terms and we agreed and documented all matters that needed to be resolved between us. The involvement of her new partner and the subsequent appointment of a solicitor significantly changed the dynamic and everything that had been agreed was suddenly revoked. After two years of wrangling I engaged Stowe Family Law out of desperation and the world suddenly got a lot clearer. I got a far better understanding of my position, rights and how various matters could be progressed and resolved. The minute Stowe got involved, the other solicitors quietened down. All outstanding matters were resolved and the divorce completed within 6 months.

For some time I have been trying to find a suitable solicitor to enable me to make a new will. My search in my home area was dire & unsuccessful. Then Tozers were recommended to me. This was transformative. My initial contact with Sue Halford was professional, positive & constructive. We established that I would need advice with Inheritance & Capital Gains Tax. At this point Rachael Morley took over. I could scarcely have been more impressed. Her reports on Inheritance & Capital gains Tax are models of clarity. Everything is clearly explained & set out so that matters which had, (to me), been impossible to understand became entirely comprehensible. As a result my will has been entirely redrawn, much better & more suitably than I had originally envisaged. I was guided every step of the way. Rachael Morley completely understood what I wanted to achieve in my will, & acted with empathy & lightness of touch.
