I’d preciously used James on a transfer of equity from my ex. He’d done such an excellent job on that I decided to use him again on the purchase of my new home. Now the seller wanted a fast exchange and I explained this to James and he and his team pulled all the stops out. From start to finish James and his team were faultless in dealing with my constant phone calls and e-mails. This was a most difficult and complicated task and I couldn't have found a more competent person to deal with this. Due to the complexity of the case it took many months for the work to be completed but Kath regularly kept me up to date with the procedure. I would also like to thank Rowena Foat for completing our Wills. The whole process was explained to us clearly ensuring that we were very happy with the final documents.
