Great service and very understanding with time scales that were not always met due to my son issues with reading. Explained things in laymans terms. Home visits really appreciated.

As first time buyers that was great to have as a reference. Both Eleanor and Melissa kept us up to date with minimal pushing from our part. Excellent It did not state how long the process would take but it's been 3 weeks and we have a fee earner now that onboarding has taken place
