I would highly recommend Richard and his team for the way they handled my personal injury claim following my accident in July 2022. The claim was unfortunately dragged out by the other side for a considerable amount of time, which was frustrating, but Richard remained professional and supportive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly and was always available whenever I had questions or needed advice. Over the four years that the claim took to reach its conclusion, I always felt that Richard was working hard on my behalf and had my best interests at heart. He dealt with the legal side of things professionally and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. In the end, Richard achieved a result that I was very happy with, and I am extremely grateful for all the work he put into my case. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Richard to anyone who needs a solicitor following an accident. He is professional, approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting the best possible outcome for his clients. Thank you, Richard, for all your hard work and support over the last four years. It is very much appreciated
