So I was involved in a pretty serious crash motorcycle vs car I was the motorcycle rider to cut a long story short I was transported to hospital and had surgury on my knee a little later down the line about 3 weeks, (trust me when I say this I was NOT in a happy place) I deal with panic attacks, depression and some other nasty bits that don’t need to be listed here Im still currently undergoing physiotherapy and I’m still not 100% on my leg at all with some rather worrying bits at the moment, but throughout all of this the team assigned to me which iv been informed are team 10 and I last was taking to a person called joanne have being amazing, don’t get me wrong there was a point early on when I just wanted all of it to stop I was medicated to hell asleep most of the day and awake at night literally going through hell not to mention the cherry on top of panic attacks and nightmares, but they was just doing there job which I appreciate now looking back at it All in all coming to the end of the claim I can’t thank them enough I’m sorry I don’t remember most of your names but again I don’t really remember anything from April to September it’s all just a messy thought and still feels like a dream, I’m happy with what’s being done I’m happy with the settlement I’m happy with the way things have being handled So from the bottom of my heart Thank you to bond turner and that you to team 10
