I recently sold my flat in Liverpool and bought a house. This was completed during the peak of lockdown. I was always advised to find a law firm that are accessible by phone and I really felt BLJ were exactly that, having found them online and been impressed with the reviews. They did not disappoint. There is no single time I called when I didn't managed to get a hold of them. The system they have or having a junior member of the legal team alongside a senior member works really well as it means there is always someone available. My team were Jenny Randell (solicitor) and Lawrence Dunne (paralegal I think, although you would be forgiven for thinking he is already a solicitor as he is that brilliant). They were fantastic. Lawrence is extremely intelligent, empathetic, organised, and hugely approachable. We had to navigate various complex tasks including leasehold extension for my flat and a difficult chain that frustrated the process of completion and he had a firm grasp of exactly what was going on and was able to adjust the plan accordingly to my instruction and provide advice when I wasn't sure. I felt in safe hands at all times. The firm are also reasonably priced which gives overall excellent value for money. I was also extremely pleased with Jenny Randell's legal documentation. I would recommend this firm to anybody and I once again am thankful to both Lawrence and Jenny for their excellent work.
